Philadelphia has a long tradition of hosting national and international expositions to celebrate America’s birthday. The year 2026 will mark the nation’s 250th. What will this type of celebration look like in the 21st century, and how will it impact our urban landscape? The 5th annual Ed Bacon Student Design Competition focuses on imagining innovative visions for the Fair of the Future.
