The Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission will dedicate a historical marker honoring Ed Bacon, the late city planner, at 2 p.m. tomorrow. It will be at the northwest corner of 15th Street and JFK Boulevard — fittingly at LOVE Park, which Bacon wanted to see open to skateboarders. The state also will dedicate a marker honoring Philo T. Farnsworth, founder of electronic television. The ceremony, at 4 p.m. Friday, will be at 1260 E. Mermaid Lane in Wyndmoor, the site of his groundbreaking station, W3XPF.
