Hilda Bacon

Director

Hilda Bacon has spent her career combining her skills and experience in development, management, and fundraising with her background in dance, movement, and health. She currently works as Director of Events and Outreach for Bancroft NeuroHealth, a national organization serving children and adults with developmental disabilities, brain injuries and other neurological impairments, based in Haddonfield, NJ. Previously she worked in New Business/Retention Management for JWM & Associates in Marlton, NJ, and in Project Development/Special Events at St. Agnes Medical Center in Philadelphia. She has additionally worked as a dance instructor, and as an Adjunct Faculty member in Dance at Temple University. Ms. Bacon has volunteered for a variety of groups in a fundraising capacity, including Arts and Business Partnership of South Jersey, Rock School of Ballet, Philadelphia Community College, and Sunoco Welcome America. She is a member of the Association of Professional Fundraisers, as well as music licensing organizations BMI and ASCAP. Ms. Bacon earned her Masters of Education/Exercise Physiology from Temple University, her Bachelors of Psychology from Ricker College, and was additionally educated at Bonnie Prudden School, Moore College of Art, and Dean Junior College. She currently lives in Cherry Hill, NJ.
